You will also be introduced to the principles of lead and follow, enabling you to dance with a partner. These fundamentals are then applied using short combinations of moves, including simple turns.
If after your first class you feel confident in the fundamentals, you are more than welcome to progress into the subsequent Beginners/Improvers class on the same night. Alternatively, you are welcome to repeat this class as many times as required till you feel ready.

Bachata Dance Lessons are offered by Salsita Dance School for all ages and abilities. We have many years of experience in teaching and our practical, fun and easy way of teaching will help you feel confident on the dance floor and enjoy yourselves.Â
Bachata Dance Classes… We will be starting from the foundation with 5 weeks to complete our Level 1, giving you a good understanding of the importance of tracking, hearing the music and be able to continue dancing in class and on the social dance floor.Â

A latin dance with simple footwork and strong hip movement. The music is romantic in nature and the movement reflects the story of love and heartbreak. Bachata steps involve many optional turns for the lady.
Bachata Dance classes are offered by Latin Fusion Dance Academy. Salsa is the most popular of all Latin styles.
