Our name ‘Le Pain Quotidien’ means ‘the daily bread’, and that pretty much says it all. Baking is more than just our bread and butter—it is how we live. The smell of a fresh loaf coming out of the oven. Everyone flocked together at the communal table. That’s what we love most.
Basic breads is the most popular course we run, its a complete beginners guide to the world of bread baking. Its been developed over the years to take you though step by step every stage of the process.
Join us at Court House Farm and Gardens for this wonderful creative and mindful day of bread-making with a lovely group of like-minded folk and a fantastic talented chef as tutor. A wonderful lunch is included so this will be a fun and fulfilling day.
Taught by the founder, Rebecca Bishop, come and learn the fundamentals of sourdough bread – mixing, shaping, baking and recreating it time and time again at home.
