Genius R Us started its first flagship store as a hands-on baking school back in Year 2002, we specialize in unique learning experiences through our Kidz Can Bake!™, Tots Can Bake!™ and Kidz Can Craft!™ series of workshops, themed & fun birthday parties and customized team building activities.
We host fun and enjoyable workshops in a friendly and highly interactive environment. With our heartwarming and experienced instructors, you will get to whip up exciting baking dishes! To date, we have over 200,000 children who have attended our many workshops and learning day camps that we have. Additionally, we also have had the pleasure to work with many highly reputable organizations in fostering team building.

This course is developed based on WSQ National Competency Standard for the Food and Beverage Operations Industry. On completion of this competency unit, the Learner will have the knowledge, skills and attributes (values) acquired and be able to apply them at various workplaces.
This 3-hour programme aims to equip you with a basic understanding of the art and science of baking and different baking ingredients.
