Creative Culinaire, a fully equipped academy, developed modules with a focus on bakery management, cakes, breads, and pastry skills.
Master the art and science of Choux (pronounced as “shoo”) Pastries. This hands-on course is specially designed for those looking to have a thorough understanding of this particular type of pastry.
Demonstration of each recipe by Chef Claire Marie Chang followed by hands-on session by participants. Discussion with chef including tips, techniques and troubleshooting (throughout class).
Japanese pastries have increasingly gained their popularity in the market due to their fine arts of production and availability of ingredients.
The aim of this module is to enable learners to design, prepare and produce a range of Puff Pastries. They will learn to evaluate and improve the quality of Puff Pastries.
