Course Details

Spring Break Camp Baking Camp is open to all kids from ages 8-17 who want to join us at Cookology in Dulles Town Center! We are so excited to see everyone again. Pizza and Veggie or Fruit will be served for lunch. 

If you would like to provide your own to-go containers you may but we have to-go containers. Each student will need to be checked in and out daily.

We will be welcoming all students using our Covid-19 protocols. Masks must be worn by all students. Chef instructors will be wearing masks as well. 

 

Menu:

Monday:

• Lemon Biscotti Cookies

• Vanilla Cannolis with Fresh Pastry Cream with Chocolate Chips

• Fresh Baked Herb Focaccia Bread

Tuesday:

• Sweet Potato Yeast Rolls

• Herb Drop Biscuits

• Honey Cornbread

Wednesday:

• Maple Oatmeal Scones with Berry Jam

• Molten Lava Chocolate Cakes

• Cinnamon Sugar Churros with Chocolate Dipping Sauce

Thursday:

• Chocolate Truffles

• Kitchen Sink Cookies (Chocolate, Dried Fruit, Nuts (Optional)

• Thumbprint Cookies filled with Jam

Friday:

• Cupcake Wars Competition
