DurationBallet is designed to help the student develop proper alignment of the body and legs, flexibility, posture and rhythm in a graceful manner. This class incorporates Barre work and Centre practice while incorporating traveling steps, jumps and turns. Classes range from 30 minutes to 90 minutes.

With over 15 years teaching experience in styles such as: Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Modern/Contemporary, Hip Hop, Pointe and Exam Classes.
We want to give our students the best experience possible. This structured ballet class is for young students just beginning in ballet. Same level as Ballet Basic 2.
Just as the toddler stage passes, this class is specifically designed for the milestone of 3 year olds.
Ballet Course is Offered by Performance School of Music and Dance.
All adult ballet participants train at the barre and in the centre, executing a series of classical ballet exercises designed to develop coordination, strength, proper posture, and musicality.
Once students enter grade 1 at school they proceed into 45 minute to 60 minute classes. More focus is placed on proper technique and execution. We continue to maintain age appropriate music and movement for all age levels.
