Strong ballet technique is the foundation of many dance styles. Combining art and grace with the development of technique and placement. Dance Extreme students study the Cecchetti method.
Ages 4 to 6 years. Children explore basic creative movement and basic ballet. Children are encouraged to expand their movement vocabulary through movement games, creative exploration of time, weight, and space.
Through the Cecchetti Syllabus, students who take ballet classes build self-control, body awareness and self-discipline as they learn to master increasingly technical moves. An experienced ballet dancer will have the option to continue their training in pointe shoes.
