Here, the fundamentals like ballet exercises, core practise & dance step combinations reinforce traditional classical ballet.
In the advanced levels, students develop the technical, artistic and performance skills of adagio, pirouette and allegro; the prerequisites for the eligibility into UUC’s advanced pointe classes. Ballet is a required class for all Elite & Unlock Unleash Control PDP students and is highly recommended for all students in our Open Program.
The UUC philosophy/programs have a very strong vision geared toward the training of your dancer. The first and foremost key is the setting in of a solid foundation right from the start with qualified instructors.
The program is based around The Paula Morgan Technique which is brilliant and exceptional to the training of any dancer (an asset).
This unique vision and training table is unparalleled to any other program on the market. It focuses on safe and healthy training in a fun environment at all levels, in all programs.
Your dancer will be continually presented with, encouraged and inspired to meet new challenges. In doing so he or she will gain a true sense of outstanding accomplishment and constant progress.
The program inspires dancers to motivate themselves and create real change. Boys and girls from 6 yrs and up will love it and they will never stop learning.
Class sizes are kept to a maximum of 15 students to provide the best possible learning environment and individual monitoring & attention.
Ballet classes is offered by Hyperflex Dance Studio. French technique classes based on RAD syllabus taught by highly qualified, professional instructors.
Our experienced ballet instructors Bernadette Shum and Linda Yap teach through the RAD method. Our higher-level classes are accompanied by a live pianist to complement your training.
We Provide Dance Lessons For Children and Adults
Traditionally, a ballet class lasts 1.5 hours. Part of the class takes place at the bar and the other part in the center. Whether you are a beginner or a principal dancer, it's the same thing!
Dancers are introduced to the fundamentals of ballet while working on improving alignment, strength, and flexibility. Classes run all dance year for 45 minutes a week, with a year-end recital routine.
