Our Ballet classes are available for students ages 5-18 and are composed of the CDTA (Canadian Dance Teachers Association) syllabus.
Pointe classes are available by selection only. Students must be 11 years of age and have extensive training in the ballet program prior to beginning Pointe. All participants will be at the discretion of the Ballet Director.
Danced to percussive music, this dance form teaches freedom of movement and expression. Classes begin at age 8. These classes are only offered to students in the Competitive Program.
Pre-pointe and pointe classes are offered for those students who show a keen interest in continuing their ballet studies.
An excellent foundation for any student. This dance style follows the technique of the Royal Academy of Dance and is the basis for all dance forms. Martin School of Dance follows both the Graded Syllabus and for the more serious student, the Vocational Graded Syllabus of the RAD.
