The program is selective, and accepted students are chosen based on their mental readiness and professional potential.
This program meets the needs of today's elite level dancers and allows them to train more rigorously. Our evening program is open to traditionally schooled students. Students can expect to receive nurturing and attentive training, and small class size allows for a great amount of individual attention and growth.
Students in the Conservatory Program aim to be accepted into top ballet summer intensive programs across the country and may aspire to dance professionally or to be accepted into top dance universities.
Our mission at Diamond Dance Works is that each child will gain exceptional dance training in a positive atmosphere. We hope to teach, enthuse, and motivate every student to the best of their ability, in and out of the classroom, and in all their future endeavors.
We pride ourselves on our three Diamond Standards: the best instructors, in the best facility, creating the best atmosphere and environment for our students.
This course are accompanied by a pianist and follow a traditional structure. Students begin at the barre, progress to the center, and culminate with travelling exercises across the floor.
Ballet is the foundation for almost all dance forms. Our ballet classes teach dancers proper ballet technique, body placement, ballet fundamentals and vocabulary by utilizing a progressive ballet dance curriculum.
Our ballet program provides an enlightened approach to dance training that fosters individual progression through the artistry, technique, and theory of ballet. Students of all ages and levels of experience benefit from this focus on personal achievement.
Ballet is the foundation of dance. It teaches proper placement, alignment, balance technique, and control. All of these elements are extremely important in any form of dance.
Ballet II Classes are offered by MoBu Dance Studio for all ages. Ballet is always a basic foundation of any kind of dance. We learn the fundamentals of body awareness and the body line at the bar lesson.Â
