Integrarte offers Ballet Open Classes for all ages. Each class offers time to discover the fascinating world of ballet.
Different levels are available to suit individual needs and level of training, and each class will maintain a focus on the level description.
Our classes are structured to give you the opportunity to improve your technique, posture, musicality and to challenge you to move in different speeds and rhythms.
Dress code: Students wear anything from traditional ballet clothing such as leotard, tights, leg warmups, and skirt, to pants like yoga or leggings and t-shirt.
We recommend you wear something that will make you comfortable, allow you to move freely, and also allow teachers to see and correct your body posture. Ballet slippers are recommended.

Ballet center and across the floor for ages 12 up. Class is intended to be an add on with your pre-pointe and pointe class. Instructor will decide if this is the proper level for student once in class.
