Learn Classical Ballet from our qualified ‘Royal Academy of Dance’ teachers. Classical Ballet requires students to have discipline and be focused on the task that is presented to them.
PBT Ballet Ball is a Ballet/Pilates style class that uses exercise balls to work on strength and mobility for our dancers. It is a much slower paced class to make sure the students are able to develop their technique, strength and flexibility correctly.
Ballet is a highly technical form of dance with emphasis on body lines, articulate feet and upright posture. It's basics can teach even a beginning dancer strength and grace through codified movements and practiced sequences.
