DurationThe foundation of all dance technique begins with ballet. Learn to stand with confidence, move with precision and develop accurate posture and alignment gaining poise, grace, confidence and strength.
Ballet also teaches commitment, determination and body awareness. Classes are available for both recreational and competitive dancers ages 5+.

We want to encourage total health mentally, physically and spiritually by creating an environment that embraces these ideas. We appreciate that the heart of a dancer is born into many different bodies and the love of dance can take on many different styles.
We will develop-well prepared young adults, should they so choose to pursue the arts professionally or are University bound.
Pointe classes are for dedicated ballet students. Candidates for Pointe must be in Cecchetti III and be at least 12 years old. Dancers must be taking two ballet classes per week and the pre-Pointe class in order to be evaluated by the teacher as candidates for Pointe.
At the Primary level all classes use a fun but structured class foundation while using props and a variety of music. As Ballet is the foundation of all dance forms, it is strongly encouraged for all serious dance students.
Inspired From Ballet And Exercises At The Barre, This Class Will Allow You To Work Your Active Flexibility And Tone Your Overall Muscles, As Well As Improve Your Posture And Alignment.
For ballet students enrolled in a minimum of 2 classical techniques per week and a minimum of 3 years classical study. For students 12 years and older.
