The foundation of all dance technique begins with ballet. Learn to stand with confidence, move with precision and develop accurate posture and alignment gaining poise, grace, confidence and strength.
Ballet also teaches commitment, determination and body awareness. Classes are available for both recreational and competitive dancers ages 5+.

We will develop-well prepared young adults, should they so choose to pursue the arts professionally or are University bound.
This class is for the serious student. Students will be placed in this class by the discretion of the teacher. Students must attend two Intermediate Foundation ballet classes plus one pre-pointe/pointe class per week.
Students will improve their listening skills, musicality, focus, and memory, while gaining a greater appreciation of how their bodies move in the space around them.
Perfect for the novice dancer, this well-structured and fun class will provide the student with a solid technical training and knowledge of classical ballet, focusing on correct posture and coordination, preparing students for examination and competitive classes in the future, if desired. Once these levels are completed the dancer will move into classical ballet training. When studying the Cecchetti syllabus, a minimum of two ballet classes per week are recommended in order the dancer to become a candidate for exams
The basis of all dance forms combining the beauty of music with dance. The benefits of learning ballet include development of good posture and self discipline while learning technique and musicality.
