Although this is ballet, the class will be fun and the environment a relaxed, welcoming one (perfect for adults).
The terminology and techniques are the same but emphasis is placed on enjoyment, comprehension, posture and gracefulness rather than perfect execution of the movements.
Attire – anything you are comfortable in but fitting clothing is best if you’re comfortable with it. Ballet shoes suggested.

A 3/4 hour class. Students learn more formal short exercises and their first ballet dance.
