DurationBallet training is the foundation of dance. It teaches proper placement, alignment, balance, technique and control. Ballet is the core to all forms of dance. Focus on body positioning, center and barre work and vocabulary/terminology.

This structured ballet class is for young students just beginning in ballet. Same level as Ballet Basic 2.
Just as the toddler stage passes, this class is specifically designed for the milestone of 3 year olds.
Ballet Course is Offered by Performance School of Music and Dance.
All adult ballet participants train at the barre and in the centre, executing a series of classical ballet exercises designed to develop coordination, strength, proper posture, and musicality.
Once students enter grade 1 at school they proceed into 45 minute to 60 minute classes. More focus is placed on proper technique and execution. We continue to maintain age appropriate music and movement for all age levels.
