The class will consist of a short warm-up, followed by barre work (perhaps a chair at home), then center work, and will end with light stretches and a curtsy.
Despite the distance and the screens, Liane takes the time to observe and give corrections in order to avoid injuries and to be able to evolve at her own pace.
