Through the folds, taut, clear, developed and pirouettes, Liane will guide you with kindness and rigor.
The class will consist of a short warm-up, followed by barre work (perhaps a chair at home), then center work, and will end with light stretches and a curtsy.
Despite the distance and the screens, Liane takes the time to observe and give corrections in order to avoid injuries and to be able to evolve at her own pace.
This is a beginner's course, but all levels are welcome!
