We focus on YOUR goals - where you want to improve in strength or flexibility and what you want for your body.
You get a customized fitness plan (made by your instructor) to help you achieve those goals as you continue in your private sessions.
We offer both online and in-person sessions for Private and Shared Private Lessons, but please note that in-person sessions are $30 more per session.
As a Hybrid Dance Studio, we are offering multiple classes via in-person lessons and Zoom that will get you up and excited to dance again. From Beginners Classes to Advanced Adult Ballet, Carissa and The Dance School LA offer a variety of styles and classes that will engage you or your young student.
Ballet II Classes are offered by MoBu Dance Studio for all ages. Ballet is always a basic foundation of any kind of dance. We learn the fundamentals of body awareness and the body line at the bar lesson.
New Ballet Class (Ages 3-4) classes are offered by Nieves Latin Dance Studio. All Children are required to wear their uniforms to class.
Ballet Dance Classes are offered by Cherry Creek Dance
All levels welcome. This class begins at the barre, setting you up for success as it transitions into center work and across the floor. Open class focuses on the fundamentals of technique and building strength through body alignment, as well as musicality.
Nashville Ballet owns its own building, The Martin Center for Nashville Ballet, a customized facility that serves as a home for our professional dancers, school students and administrative offices.
