We focus on YOUR goals - where you want to improve in strength or flexibility and what you want for your body.
You get a customized fitness plan (made by your instructor) to help you achieve those goals as you continue in your private sessions.
We offer both online and in-person sessions for Private and Shared Private Lessons, but please note that in-person sessions are $30 more per session.
As a Hybrid Dance Studio, we are offering multiple classes via in-person lessons and Zoom that will get you up and excited to dance again. From Beginners Classes to Advanced Adult Ballet, Carissa and The Dance School LA offer a variety of styles and classes that will engage you or your young student.

???????1 hour Intermediate Classical Ballet class including barre, center, and across the floor. Emphasis on repetition, building strength and muscle memory. Including more rigorous ballet vocabulary.
This is a big kid program! Dancers are now taking ballet twice a week along with a separate jazz/contemporary class. Just like other physical training, for dancers to grow and develop and maintain the muscles and strength they need for dancing, training needs to begin to be more than once a week.
Students will be introduced to building the strength, flexibility and control needed to execute beginning ballet technique. Each class will include barre exercises and may include some combinations in center.
