We offer a variety of weekly group classes so your workouts stay fresh and fun. Our classes are limited in size to ensure that our students receive personal attention and plenty of room to move freely.

Ballet is a deeply regimented and technical form of dance that serves as the base of movement for many other dance genres. We use correct terminology and place an emphasis on classical training while also offering classes that are accessible and fun.
Ballet 1 (ages 7 & up) classes are offered by Nieves Latin Dance Studio. All Children are required to wear their uniforms to class.
