DurationCoffee 101 is 8th & Roast’s unique version of a standard “seed to cup” coffee education course. We follow two of our most popular coffees from origin and processing, to roasting and brewing.

The class will be hosted in-person by an educator at a Counter Culture Training Center.
The Workshop offers public classes covering everything from home brewing to coffee roasting, private classes that can be customized to fit your goals, and corporate classes to bring your team together. Our goal is to create welcoming and accessible learning opportunities for everyone.
2 full days of interactive training with lots of fun, while acquiring great knowledge.
Successful candidates should be able to simply calibrate their grinders and make espresso, cappuccino, lattes, and steam milk to core standards.
