DurationWe offer 40 hours of roasting classes at our new Roasting facility, currently under construction.
However, our master roaster, Ryan Mosler, can still cover all the elements of becoming a successful roaster, from picking the right beans, roast profiles, understanding green coffee, seed to cup, single origins, blends, and coffee purchasing.
Each participant is able to conduct their own roasts in order to practice and evaluate the quality of roasts. In addition, consuming( or if you choose not to consume the coffee)copious amounts of coffee through cupping various samples, and having fun.
