This course is an intensified weekend for the experienced individual.
We cover Professional Barista Fundamentals, drink building, and latte art.
The class is limited to three participants to ensure quality.
San Antonio Barista Academy is your personalized source for Barista Training. We offer Espresso Method courses taught by Sylvia Miller, Master Barista, who has been an entrepreneur in the coffee industry for over ten years.
You will receive hands-on experience in espresso extraction, grinding, calibrating, milk steaming, drink mixing, and latte art. We are dedicated to inspiring excellence in espresso method and coffee brewing methods, and pallet taste training.

instruction.
SABA offers it's students an opportunity to intern in the Espresso Bar to serve customers coffee, cold brew, Espresso beverages like Latte, Americano, Cappuccino, Macchiato, and Cortado.
As the name suggests, this class provides an overview of the coffee manufacturing process and how our coffee gets to us. From harvesting to roasting, this class is designed for seasoned baristas and shop owners to coffee industry newcomers.
If you planning to owning your own coffee business, right from Business consulting, to lease negotiations, training, designing, construction till the day you open, we offer business consulting to aspiring entrepreneurs.
This class will focus on answering these questions and exploring the variables to make the cups you brew at home delicious, regardless of your favorite brewing method.
Together we'll taste 3 different single origin coffees, sourced from our local friends at Stumptown Coffee, paired along with our single-origin dark chocolates.
By the end of the course, you will have the knowledge and skills to create your own coffee style and ensure the freshest possible roast.
