What do I bring/wear?
We have all the equipment you will need! Just bring yourself & a water bottle. Bare feet or grip socks are best on your feet and any type of active wear you are comfortable in.

Elevation Dance Co is the perfect place to start or continue your dancing journey and we very much look forward to seeing you in class!
During the initial consultation, we’ll identify your problems and goals. We’ll tailor your sessions to target your individual needs, utilising a full complement of equipment and exercises of the Pilates method.
Unlike a Gym, or other Personal Trainers, we don’t do “one size fits most” programs. Every session will be customised around you, your goals, your strengths, your weaknesses, your likes and dislikes. You are never too unfit or too big to start!
This class is designed especially for dancers who desire maximum core strength and flexibility. With current advances in limbering and stretch techniques this class is a must for all dancers.
Pilates caters for everyone – from beginners to advanced – no matter what shape and size you are. We nurture a body acceptance culture that strives to build a positive relationship between our students and their bodies that may have been depleted by societal pressures.
The Pilates method works to develop muscle tone and improve alignment throughout your body, making it an effective complementary workout for dancers.
