What do I bring/wear?
We have all the equipment you will need! Just bring yourself & a water bottle. Bare feet or grip socks are best on your feet and any type of active wear you are comfortable in.

Take this class at your own pace. Need to sit down? Grab a chair andjust do the arm movements! Keen to up the anti? Chuck on some ankle weights and pump it even harder! Grab some mates or come alone to make new friends, Zumba is for everybody!
