What do I bring/wear?
We have all the equipment you will need! Just bring yourself & a water bottle. Bare feet or grip socks are best on your feet and any type of active wear you are comfortable in.

Aerobic Lessons are offered by Dance & Art Centre for all ages and abilities. Dance, the movement of the body in a rhythmic way for the purpose of releasing energy, expressing an idea or emotion or simply taking enchantment in the movement itself.
With only so much time in your week for fitness, you need to make every workout count. All of our instructors have over twenty-years of experience and will guide, motivate and challenge you, whether you’re a beginner or seeking to find your next level.
