Before founding BinxCorp, Matt Rhodes got his start as a mechanical engineer repairing high voltage machinery and working on wind farms all over the United States. Let's just say, he never thought he'd be repairing coffee machines.
That's when Justine Rhodes, Matt's wife, had an idea. As a business savvy real estate agent, Justine recognized the need for reliable, fast and dedicated customer service in the rapidly growing coffee industry in Austin.
With Justine’s sales background and Matt’s engineering skills, the couple brought BinxCorp to life. The company has been servicing espresso, coffee and tea machines for the last 7 years and Matt is much happier working on equipment lower to the ground.
BinxCorp prides itself on being a trailblazer in the coffee repair industry in Austin, being one of the first companies to offer preventative maintenance services for espresso machines in the 512. Fun Fact: The company is named after Matt and Justine’s 8-year-old Chihuahua/Pug mix, Binx. Unfortunately, Binx isn’t allowed to have coffee. Poor dog.
