In this class, you will prepare and assemble a Ganache cake that looks like a million bucks! You will learn to make the entire cake from scratch - from baking the Chocolate Genoise Sponge Cake, to making the chocolate ganache, to pouring technique for the mirror glaze, and using different nozzles with different piping techniques to finish the mirror glaze decoration.
In this course, you will learn the following:
Bake a Chocolate Genoise Sponge Cake as the base
Prepare chocolate ganache for decoration
Create a chocolate mirror glaze
Pipe simple decorations to top the cake
