Build your strength and stamina with aerial hoop. Beginner classes are a great introduction to aerial arts and starting your own aerial practice. In beginner classes you will build upper body and core strength as well as leg and shoulder flexibility.

Learn the beautiful art of aerial hoop! All levels from New Starters through to Advanced, working at your own pace! We'll have varying leveled hoops, starting off at a low height for those new to the art, over our super crash mats!
