Learn to bake (almost) any type of cookie you could possibly want...and the best cookies ever! How? Because you will be creating them! In this unique baking skills class, one of our Pastry Chefs will teach you how to make a base cookie recipe, then how to adapt it to make your own secret recipes based on your likes, favorites and delicious ideas.
Students will get to make two types of cookies each, one with the help of our chef, and one with the help of your imagination. This class will last approximately 3-hrs come ready to learn and be ready to enjoy the cookies you bake at the end of class! You will be permitted to take home what you bake!

Buttery, flakey puff pastry is such wonderful, and versatile product for everything from breakfast treats, to appetizers, to entrees and, of course, desserts. This class will focus on savory recipes that can be used as appetizers or even entrees if paired with a salad.
