Cake Carousel is a family owned business in North Dallas and Arlington. Jeri Kopecky, the owner has been in the cake industry for over 40 plus years which started as a home buisness. Jeri and her husband Richard decided to purchase Cake Carousel a little over 20 years ago.
Building this family business has been their pride and joy. Their daughter Kelli and son Richard are also big in the business. Kelli has been teaching classes for 20 years. She loves helping students improve on their skills, start a business or just help them enjoy a fun new craft!
