Baking & Pastry Arts is designed for students who are both curious and interested in baking and would like the opportunity to explore baking as a possible career in the hospitality or service industry. The students are taught in a professional setting that is set up to resemble a commercial bakery.
Menu (Apple strudel Cherry and cream cheese pastry Spinach and feta pockets)
In this class you will learn the basics of dough lamination, temperature control, and how to roll and bake puff pastry. Each student will also get the chance to assemble their own mille-feuille
Contemporary Pastry-Making specialization is designed for creative, independent students with a strong interest in cooking and gastronomy. It’s an excellent way to acquire the skills necessary for a stimulating career.
