This beginner-friendly workout reviews the basic boxing fundamentals at a slower pace, focusing on safety and technique.
Heavybag Training (Boxing & Kickboxing) course is offered by 10 Hands Fitness + Fight Sports. In the heavy bag training classes, you’ll master punching and kicking techniques essential for getting the most from your workout and improving your skills on the heavy bag.
Our boxing class focuses on the footwork, ringsmanship, defense, and offense of the sweet science. Boxing is a fundamental component of mixed martial arts; it is a fantastic sport in and of itself and a great discipline to push oneself.
