I run this course at my purpose-built kitchen just off Abbeydale Road. You can choose either an afternoon or evening slot. It is slightly longer than my regular curry cooking classes and runs for approximately 2.5 hours so you get an intense tuition which teaches you everything you need to know about creating the perfect curry and bread.

As well as lamb and chicken, vegetarian and vegan options are available and equally delicious (why wouldn’t they be?).The breads available to make are: Tawa paratha, naan bread, stuffed roti and chapatti.
