Hello and welcome to the newest section of my website. It features Indian and Pakistani recipes that are cooked in a ‘home style’ these dishes are exciting and very different to the BIR food I cook on my workshops in addition to the main courses I will be adding, there will be raitas, chutneys, desserts, sides and starters too !!!
If you want to learn how to make precooked chicken, fine. If you want to learn how to dry roast spices you can do that.
The course is split into two lessons/sessions. The first session is curry making (make one each) followed by bread making.
