You will shape and bake dough prepared by the Way Cool Cooking School and jump on the butter board trend learning how to whip up your own sweet and savory compound butter! Each participant is served fresh bread baked in class in addition to taking home their own dough starter.
Our cooking classes are partially hands-on cooking by you and partially demonstration by our Way Cool Chefs, all ending in a delicious meal for you to enjoy!

Our introductory course is taught through a combination of demonstrations and brief hands-on elements to provide the basics of baking sourdough bread at home.
The Bread Baking Arts Course includes 80 hours of instruction you can complete at your own pace. By the end of this course, you will have earned 80 credit hours from the American Culinary Federation and have completed 60 beautiful and delicious recipes.
 Fill your home with the scent of fresh-baked bread. In this 3-hour class, practice mixing and shaping dough for Italian focaccia and crispy breadsticks, and discover how a Dutch oven delivers perfectly crusty French loaves. What could top these rustic European breads? Homemade salted butter!
This hands-on class teaches the key points of bread baking: hand mixing and folding, shaping, proofing and baking.
Join Chef Doug and learn to make this unique ethnic dish! Students will learn to create the dough and filling for delicious bao buns (pork steamed buns). Student will learn techniques for assembling and cooking this delicious dish! Class is for adults 18 years and up. Students 21 and over can BYOB.
