Learning Outcomes:
The Fusion Cooking School is a privately owned Chef School started by Chef Shaun Smith in 2002 and later joined by Chef Caryn England in 2005. It is based in Durban, with one campus in Westville and another campus in Musgrave.
The school is a long-standing SA Chefs Association (SACA) member and is internationally accredited with City & Guilds of London and locally with the Department of Higher Education through the QCTO. We also have international affiliations with the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs and WACS (World Association of Chef Societies).

Bread Baking classes are offered by Soweto Chef's Academy (PTY) Ltd.
Bread And Rolls course is offered by AMU Cakes. We are specialized in Cakes For All Occasions, Baking and Decorating Skills Classes, Confectionery, Coffee Shop and Bakery.
Advance Baking Courses students may join in at any one time and complete all 8 lessons at a discounted rate of R4500.00 for all 8 lessons or do one or more lessons at R600.00 per individual lesson.
In this half day workshop, Bread Ahead’s Master Bakers will have you baking your own mouthwatering focaccia and ciabatta, plus you’ll learn how to make grissini guaranteed to impress at your next dinner party.
