Did you know that you can create all kinds of shapes and fillings? Come and learn how to make a variety of formations including a brioche Tressée, Bressane, Suisse, and pudding. Put your inner pastry chef to the test as you create a vanilla pastry cream and caramelised apple to fill your brioche, and a pecan crumble for the top. Walk away from the class with your freshly baked brioche in one hand and a brioche dough in the other, for you to fill your house with a buttery smell like no other!
