Kathy Williams, the owner of 21 Cakes, has brought together her passion for baking and art to do what she loves most, creating beautiful delicious desserts. Her grandmother, was a baker who emigrated from Germany in the 1930's. Kathy's culinary gift came from her Mother and Grandmother preparing family recipes with daily and weekly baking responsibilities . Kathy earned a Master's degree in Information Technology, and had a career in software.
After having a career and raising a family, Kathy returned to her passion in baking! Her ability to bring smiles to faces and producing quality products has lead her to owning a bakery.
During our Basic Cake Decorating Class, your chef instructor will demonstrate how to level, cut, fill and frost a pre-made chocolate cake.
During this 2-hour Cake 'N Sip (Boozy Ice Cream Cake Decorating Class) at our Long Beach Barlour you and a friend will build and decorate a 6-inch boozy ice cream cake.
Cupcake class is offered by Really Cooking With Robin. Really Cooking with Robin is like no other cooking school. It is fun, no frills approach to cooking.
