Kathy Williams, the owner of 21 Cakes, has brought together her passion for baking and art to do what she loves most, creating beautiful delicious desserts. Her grandmother, was a baker who emigrated from Germany in the 1930's. Kathy's culinary gift came from her Mother and Grandmother preparing family recipes with daily and weekly baking responsibilities . Kathy earned a Master's degree in Information Technology, and had a career in software.
After having a career and raising a family, Kathy returned to her passion in baking! Her ability to bring smiles to faces and producing quality products has lead her to owning a bakery.
Learn how to design and shape your own buttercream and frosting cake just like a pro. Classes are approximately 2 hours. You will be working with a 6" round cake and get to take home your creation!
