She also Judges for the South African Cake Decorators Guild and has Co-Authored a book titled "Floral Art" with her long time friend Helen Dissell who is based on the Gold Coast in Australia.

Throughout the beginner’s workshop 1 all of the fundamental aspects of 3D cake decorating are covered giving you a sound knowledge and the confidence required.
This course consists of 4 classes and is based on the basics of buttercream, ganache and fondant. It is mostly for beginners, but anyone is welcome.
