Gill is a qualified Cordon Bleu Chef who after making a few Special Occasion cakes and Wedding cakes for friends fell in love with the sweeter side of life and decided to specialize in Patisserie and Sugar Artwork.
In addition to teaching Gill produces Professionally Designed Wedding Cakes to Order. She also Judges for the South African Cake Decorators Guild and has Co-Authored a book titled "Floral Art" with her long-time friend Helen Dissell who is based on the Gold Coast in Australia.
