Upon arrival, you’ll enjoy a substantial snack before rolling up your sleeves to start baking. Some cakes will be demonstrated and others will be hands-on. A few of the more straightforward cakes are pre-made so that you can taste them and see the appearance and texture. At the end of the class, you will sit down to sample all that you have made and take home any leftovers, along with teas and coffees.
Please bring your own bag and containers to take your cakes home in.

This course is ideal for those looking to learn baking skills. Each course aims to equip you with the skills to bake and decorate a range of cakes through our hands-on syllabus.
In this class you will learn some basic cake decorating skills to create your very own beautiful celebration cake to take home.
The class will entail lots of skills-based learning, from whisking to create mousse, using gelatine, sugar syrups and caramels, the use of bought puff pastry and of course knife skills! All in all, learning how to create garnishes to elevate your presentation.
This cake decorating class is aimed at beginners to cake decorating.
