In this workshop, head chef instructor Kristin “Baker Bettie” Hoffman, will walk you through the process of creating beautifully decorated cakes.

 

Participants will learn how to:

  • Level cakes
  • Stack and fill the layers
  • Crumb coat a cake
  • Create a smooth top coat
  • Make a silky meringue buttercream – perfect for cake decorating
  • Pipe beautiful designs and decorations

 

Each student will take home the 4-inch layer cake they decorated in class.
