The Certificate covers such diverse topics as behavioural issues, giftedness, learning difficulties and Autism Spectrum Disorders. The program is administered by the McGill School of Continuing Studies.

For those who are not certified teachers, typically graduates of the Certificate in Inclusive Education Program apply for jobs in daycares, as teacher aides, Resource Room workers and community organizations.
Please Note: the Inclusive Education Certificate is not a teaching certificate and will not qualify you as a teacher.

This course will be of greatest interest to those teachers who wish to deepen their knowledge regarding students with exceptionalities, noting the Ministry of Education's move to greater inclusion.
This is an introductory course that focuses on the fundamental knowledge and skills required of a classroom teacher.
The course content was developed based on the International Council for Exceptional Children’s Standards for Entry into the profession.
This course will help teachers develop skills and knowledge in the design, delivery, programming, and assessment of special education.
This course will extend, develop and apply the understanding and knowledge obtaining upon completion of Part 1 theories and models in the design, delivery, programming, and assessment of special education.
