We will also show how to use leftover dough to make stuffed challah french toast! We will have dough for braiding and baking in class, and the dough you make in class is yours to take home!
We hope you will bring your bubble of friends & families! Come have fun! In-person classes will be limited to 4 to 6 students. It is up to you to gather the 4-6 students you wish to take a class with.
Unlike in the past, we are not gathering signing up students individually, instead, for your safety and comfort level, it is up to you to bring us a group of 4-6 and reserve a spot for the class you desire.

C is for cookies!!! Students learn to bake sugar cookies from scratch and then learn the artistry of cookie decorating! Chef will demonstrate different techniques for cookie decorating.
Join us for a sweet two-hour class where everyone will create their own beautiful two-layer Ocean Cake. Â We will use a mixture of Graham Crackers for Sand, Blue & White Icing for the perfect Waves & Beach Theme.
Mastering Crepes & Souffles class is offered by Stir cooking school. Menu: Triple Chocolate Soufflé - Bacon & Boursin Cheese Soufflé - Caramelized Apple Crêpes with Cinnamon Whipped Cream - Smoked Salmon & Tarragon Lemon Cream Cheese Buckwheat Crêpes - Chef's Dessert Bites.
