The principles of change management are embedded in everything we do in the Office of Quality Initiatives (OQI), and we also provide the following explicit change management support:

Change and Transition Workshop Series
The Change and Transition Workshop Series has been developed to meet the needs of a general audience, as well as for those who are leading and managing change. These workshops were designed to complement each other, and we recommend they be taken in succession.
