Junior Kitchen officially opened in 2017 in Leeds and 2018 in Darlington. Our aim is to provide cooking and baking demonstrations for children and adults baking and cooking fun and children’s birthday parties.
Hands on chocolate workshop.
Our baking supremo Stefano will show you his favourite, fail-safe macaroon recipe and then you’ll cook a selection of different coloured and flavoured versions – all of uniform size and baked crisp to perfection.
You will experience a range of skills from piping, rolling, filling and dipping ganache as well as tempering your own chocolate by hand all in a relaxed and casual environment
You will learn the art of chocolate making and the best part is you get to keep everything you make, and there is a lot. With the skills you learn you can continue your chocolate making in the comfort of your own home.
In this skill based chocolate workshop you will be shown all the techniques needed to come away with your own luxury box of chocolates, perfect as a gift or to share with family and friends.
