Chocolate cakes are really tricky as there are different forms of chocolate ganache from its making to applying on the cake. You would understand about the different type of chocolate, their melting & setting point as more you know your chocolate easier it is to use them in your cakes.
In this class you will learn how to make 14 varieties chocolate (Including basic and advance). Soft Centre, hard Centre, liquor, chilly, Ferrero rocher, Etc.
