We will provide everything you need on the day and you can expect the following:

Learn how to make and temper your chocolate
You’ll be taught how to create chocolate lollipops
How to structure and make your own individual chocolates
Experience the art of truffle making
A tutorial on chocolate piping and piping techniques
You will design and package all of your own chocolates
You keep everything you make, the more you make the more you keep
After your chocolate making session you will have the opportunity to get a take home chocolate making kit so you can use your newly acquired skills. Our sessions are great as a gift for individuals and are ideal for groups. With prior arrangement we can also meet at a venue of your choosing if required.
Our classes include chocolate making ingredients and supplies, so all you have to do is turn up! We are proud to offer a Cafe within a tourist attraction that offers great value for money.
