Our Story
In groups of up to ten people, experience the art of chocolate making. We take you on a knowledge-journey from cacao farms and the fermentation process, winnowing, husking, through all that is required for the bean to be processed into chocolate.
Some of our specialty classes have included chocolate making, beer & wine menu pairing, bread making, musical guest “chefs” and mead making. These classes may include a hands-on component and always have something delicious to eat, although a full meal might not be included.
Learn how to craft hand made filled chocolates using ganache and tempered chocolate. Decorate these lovely creations to your hearts content.
Try your hand at tempering (a professional technique used for setting). You’ll learn how chocolate is grown and made while tasting a variety of exquisite chocolates from around the world
