Then, into our commercial kitchen, you will try some molding and learn the basics of ganache centres with up-close instruction and applied hands-on piping experience.
We will make the all-time favourite: caramel sea salt! We will also decorate a chocolate shoe (pick your style!) all the while, sampling more chocolates - fun!

This Holiday class will delight all members of the family. You will learn how to make chocolate treats , homemade marshmallows and holiday cookies.
They will learn how to work the chocolate and experiment with different coating. At the end of the process, they will be able to taste it an and express their preferences. Students will also practice the related French vocabulary
At the end of the class you take almost 2 pounds of chocolates you’ve made to share with family, coworkers or just to enjoy yourself!
A 1.5 hour class led by our chef, during which you will realize 3 recipes!
