Conceptualised and hosted by L Nitin Chordia, India’s 1st certified chocolate taster (a.k.a chocolate sommelier) which uses sustainable bean to bar fine flavoured chocolates inspired by the circular economy to entertain, engage and impress upon chocolates made from Indian cacao and demonstrate sustainability, zero waste, circular economy and inclusivity in action designed with a fun and education based approach.
