We love ballet and want to share our love of ballet with you! In our Kids and Teens ballet classes, dancers of all levels are welcome as we learn classical ballet vocabulary, build flexibility, and strength in the legs, feet, and body core while improving balance and coordination.
This traditional Ballet class takes Barre back to the building blocks to get you moving, perspiring, and delving into the art of Ballet. We will learn how to engage our muscles in basic ballet positions, finding the strength and toning in the exercises.
